Why should I have my bins professionally cleaned & how often do you recommend cleaning them?
Trash bins get nasty fast- especially in the heat. Professional cleaning eliminates all smells, germs, and grime that attract flies, maggots and rodents. We do the dirty work, so you don’t have to, leaving your bins germ free ,looking and smelling brand new. Cold water from your garden hose may not adequately sanitize & clean your bins. We recommend monthly cleaning for the most sanitary/germ free bins.
Do I need to be home on cleaning day?
No, you don’t need to be home! If your bins are out and accessible, our crew can handle everything. We clean, sanitize and deodorize your bins right at the curb then leave them sparkling clean and ready to use.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, contact us and we can move your cleaning to the next day or the next time we are in your area.
Do you clean during winter months?
Yes! We continue our cleaning services through the cold months as weather permits. Our truck and equipment are designed to handle cold temperatures, and we do our best to maintain a regular cleaning schedule. However, in cases of extreme cold or unsafe road conditions, we may need to reschedule your cleaning for the next available day. Your bins won’t be forgotten!
What if I have garbage in my bins on cleaning day?
No problem! We just ask that your trash is emptied before your scheduled cleaning, if your bin still has garbage inside, we will do our best to assist you.
How soon can you get here?
We ask when you sign up what day your trash is picked up and schedule accordingly.
Do you provide any other services?
Yes, we provide pressure washing services for driveways, sidewalks, patios and decks.
Are there chemicals used during the cleaning process?
No chemicals are used in our process, just high speed, spinning, pressure washer heads using 200+ degree water.

How do I pay?
You sign up for services on the website. Choose the “Signup” option on our main navigation. Fill out the form, choose your service plan and answer a few questions.
We take all major credit cards, debit cards and ACH (electronic check). You are billed for your first service when you sign up.
When choosing the subscription service plan (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly), you will be charged today for your first service and then again on the interval you’ve selected (30, 60, or 90 days) for your next scheduled cleaning.

How do I cancel or change my service plan?
If you need to cancel, pause or make changes to your service plan, please contact us at least five(5) business days before your scheduled service date. This helps us plan routes and ensure the best service for all customers.
